The unit includes pre-programmed functions tailored to tennis, such as two illuminance levels, a timer with switch-off warning function and a clock for complete shutdown.
Different functions of the Tennis VariBOX– 1T :
The levels are defined according to your requirements (e.g. 300 Lux for Practice and 500 Lux for Competitions)
This function allows you to limit the time the floodlights are on for a set period (from 1 to 240 minutes), while the switch-off warning function lets players know how much time is left by progressively dimming the lights from 30% to 0%, again over a set period of time (between 10 and 30 minutes). To stop the timer and/or the switch-off warning function, simply set the unit to 0.
You can define a time slot during which the lights will always be switched off.
Additional option :
The sensor switches the lights on or off based on the levels of natural light. For example, if an indoor tennis court has windows, there may be enough light to play, so the sensor will turn off the lights, and vice versa.
